For some reason, the color did not take well to my hair - or was badly matched-and my blonde hair ended up in 5 different colors. It looks really bad, patches of different colors here and there. I already discussed this with the staff and have a follow up appointment booked. My advice-triple check what color is being used and make sure you tell them exactly what you expect. Leaving room for experimenting is not worth the stress I went through with the horrible color I now have.
