Extremely hectic tending to 3 clients, jumping between us. My brows have never been worse - she dyed the stray hairs below my brow shape (and the skin beneath) leaving me with huge semi-circles of stained skin and darkened baby brow hairs (that are usually light blonde, and therefore unnoticable). I had also asked to dye a shade lighter than last time and she remarked at the end "you should go lighter" after dyeing my brows the exact same shade I asked not to use...
