I came by the shop without an appointment and still, they were able to fit me in (I recommend making an appointment, but I was in a rush on this day).
Jessica did a great job threading my brows. She was clear and concise with the explanation of what she was going to do and was very helpful in showing me how I could maintain the look in the days/weeks until my next appointment.
I will continue going back to Jessica for all my brow needs!
