New salon, competent staff did my nails ok. Key issue - they only had one gel heater device and they prioritised a walk in client and made me wait while they served her. Even though I had pre-booked. I expressed my frustration at the situation and they said they gave me an extra soak at no cost. My issue was they didn't ask me. They just assumed I had the time. My appointment ran 30 minutes over. Other issues - No pedicure chair. Sat on a wooden bench with my feet in a bucket. Someone else's nail clippings on the floor. General attitude of the lady I assume was the owner was NOT customer focused. She argued rudely about keeping me waiting while serving the walk in client. No apology until I continued to push my point... Then she gave an extremely non genuine apology.
