I booked nail art 1, when I go to the salon, she told me what I wanted was nail art 2. Not flexibility at all. The nail polish was wrinkled, not the manicurist fault. She had to re-do everything, which meant extra time for both. Next client was there. I got asked if I could come another time, the other client too. Tough situation, but you can't leave the client at your desk hanging. Result OK, not great. Several imperfections. I will not come back.

Glue was visible around the nail and no attention was paid to what nails looked like underneath- it was a mess and it showed. Overall- it felt careless.
