Unfortunately this manicure ruined my nails. The young lady who helped me was possibly an intern? It was obvious that she had little experience. The way my old gel was removed has left my nails extremely fragile - they all broke off. She damaged my cuticles on my left hand (very painful the next day) I tried for a week to reach the salon by phone for a refund because the quality of this manicure is unacceptable. They do not answer the phone! Very disappointing.
