I had my eyebrows threaded today, the lady who did so was very nice and I thought she understood that I just wanted a cleanup and had a natural shape I wanted to maintain. However, my eyebrows were made incredibly thin (in the middle and on the sides) and I was charged 20€ instead of 10€ as I only wanted a cleanup. Overall very disappointed with how my eyebrows turned out when I specified exactly what I wanted.
