I highly recommend Magda and her Kobido Facial Massage + Magnesium Foot Massage! I visited her for stress and anxiety relief, restoration of energy and balance, muscle relaxation, and improving circulation. Magda has really good energy from the beginning, and welcomes you into her cozy studio with a warm cup of tea and a conversation about your problem areas/ complaints. She explains beforehand the stages of the massage and ensures that you can voice any concerns throughout your experience so that you are comfortable. Magda has a lot of physical strength and applies a wonderfully appropriate amount of pressure which is balanced. She has great flow in her various hand techniques and I am very impressed at how she performed some of them with just her bare hands and for the duration of 2 hours. I felt completely new sensations and relief in areas of my face, scalp, shoulders down to my toes in says which I have not ever felt before and skin is really glowing so naturally. Magda is clearly very passionate about her work and ended the appointment with a debrief in which she explained areas of my body which were particularly tense (I.e my jawline). She guided me through an anatomical diagram which helped me to understand how strain in one area affects other areas. She explained some simple exercises which I can incorporate into my everyday routines which will help improve those troubled areas. I really look forward to my next appointment with her, and will likely try the Kobido + Buccal massage since I have a lot of tension with clenching my jaw.

I always love Magda’s treatments. I have been there quite a few times already and each time is different but always amazing. Magda knows what she is doing and is passionate about it. And on top that, she is simply a super nice person.
