I died my hair 3 months ago and paid 260 euro’s for blond balayage. It was a beautiful color. They told me to come back for a toner to make it just like it was. I went back a week ago and she put a toner in my hair that made my hair brown just like before i died my hair. All the blond went away. I was not happy and told her that i paid 260 euro for blond hair. But she didn’t listen and told me that ze can do nothing. I dont recommend this place, they don’t help you if you are not happy.
