The pedicure seat is so uncomfortable it’s not at all a relaxing experience. The staff is not in sync with what to charge the client. I booked a royal spa pedicure and the lady told me it will be 15 euros extra for gellak paint and when I came to pay, the reception lady says it is 25. When I questioned, she was very rude and said, let me ask my colleague that why is it 15 euros. L
