Overall, I'm satisfied. I've been to this salon a couple of times now. The first time I got a haircut I was super happy with how it turned out. The second and now the third time it just wasn't looking as good, maybe because the process lasted way shorter than the first time. It's like my hair is now cut in steps, not layers like the first time. But overall, I'll visit them again.
