Rude and absolutely unprofessional. The manicure chipped next day. The pedicure appointment was canceled as the salon decided they don’t provide it anymore, no apology for the inconvenience, no payment back, the manager is incredibly rude, raised voice while talking to me absolutely ignoring the fact they were wrong. Diabolical customer service.

Vandaag ben ik weer langs geweest voor een knipbeurt en ben opnieuw supertevreden. Er werd goed geluisterd naar wat ik wilde en het resultaat ziet er strak uit. Fijne sfeer, professionele service. Ik kom zeker terug.
