The customer needs to explain that they need to take care of the dry skin around the nails before applying the gel, which I didn’t know. I explained to them the next day the gel started chipping off and that the skin was not cleaned and they offered me to fix some of the fingers for free. Now, 3 days after I visited the salon, all fingers are chipping off apart from the 3 fingers we fixed.
