unfortunately I arrived really late but the staff couldn’t have been nicer about it and still managed to fit me in for a brilliant wash, cut & blow dry. I love it - thank you so much :)

people were friendly and good hairdressers. but the atmosphere was very very chaotic. My washing/haircut ended up being done by 5 different people. Two wanted to go home because it was past their worktime, others were calling over to eachother to try and help waiting customers. Seems they need a couple more staff and one or two managers to coordinate everything, they were all over the place.
