I timed how long it took for the hairdresser to finish it and he did in 7 minutes. Unbelievable how bad my hair looks like. Full of holes on top. I arrived there and they didn't know I was coming. For the other customers, coffee or water was offered but I didn't get the same service as them. Never coming back. Had to go to another hairdresser to fix this.
