I went to this salon for a balayage, showing a clear photo of the result I wanted. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster. The final color had nothing to do with what l asked for, and my hair was severely damaged during the process. I paid €300 for a result that made me cry instead of feel confident. I contacted the salon immediately, but they refused to give me a refund and only offered a color correction - which was not an option anymore, considering the damage they had already caused.
