Went in for a simple beard trim, walked out with most unprofessional beardcut. I get that sometimes there can be a miscommunicated request, beard will grow back. But not being able to line up beard at the chin and leaving my beard more shabby and more uneven at shorter length than it was at length and 3 weeks without a trim, it's a big no from me...
