I was charged an extra €25 for styling, even though the price included styling! I did not ask for anything additional and it was not communicated that I would have to pay more, which I think is very unprofessional. Also 30 minutes after my appointment, my hair looked like a bird's nest. My hair is not the same length on each side and the layers are so badly done that I will need to pay someone to fix it. Won’t be back!
