The description says my manicure would be with parafin wax, it was not. My cuticles were pushed back, cut and then there was a scrub and cream. No filing, wax or cuticle oil. I wasn’t offered tea or coffee either. The last time I came to Karma Beauty, I had a wonderful time with a friendly lady who did a gel pedicure. This time wasn’t great, giving this place 3 stars.
