The fine experience already begins with the warm and open welcome. Kate asks if there are particular requirements. The room is very nice and warm, so I was immediately relaxed. The Kobido massage is such a fine, thorough and gentle treatment and Kate really massages the face with great care and diligence. Afterwards my skin felt very well nourished and calm, even a bit plumped, really wonderful.
