I people here are very hard working and dedicated to giving you a good result but this place is constantly over booked making me wait 20+ minutes each time I have an appointment.

I come here a lot and always hope that it will get better, I truly don't think I have ever waited less than 30 min for my scheduled appointment time (I am always early or right on time). It is frustrating to hear the excuses every time I come to other guests, Kim always saying that the shop is busy or that the scheduling system isn't working when in theory I think they are just trying to make as much cash as possible so are overbooking when they don't have the hands to manage.
