Kim and her team are REALLY good at what they do but their treatments NEVER start on time. They often keep me waiting and it’s frustrating booking time in advance and spending an extra 30-45min than one planned. Also her and her team could make more effort to make their workspace cleaner - cleaning the tables between treatments, not using the same brush to clean customer’s hands and the table and the equipment. Love the team but they could do better for sure.
