I requested Kim to do my nails because I've had issues with the past with other techs and Kim wasn't even there that day I got some other person. She filed my real nail at an angle after applying the BIAB. The gel coat on top is thin and already wearing after less than a week. They over booked themselves again so there are always impatient people waiting while you get your nails done.

The pedicures here are great. I was just disappointed today with the lack of discretion when dealing with an issue with my nails. I have just returned from an intense trek abroad and my toenails needed attention. It was embarrassing to have the technician loudly discuss it and make me feel bad about a recurring problem with my nails due to the activity and sports I do. The actual pedicure is fantastic , I just don’t appreciate the lack of understanding and the feedback given to me
