It was my first time at this salon. I find the skills of the technician poor, especially cleaning the cuticles and heels. In addition they charged me more than what was specified on Treatwell (they claimed that nail polish was not included in the price although it says in the description that it is), and they took me in late (I was finished 30min late). Overall it was a below average experience.

This was my first and last time visiting. I had to wait 30 minutes before my treatment started, and no one informed me about such a long wait. I had specifically chosen Quan for my treatment, but I was helped by someone else instead. It’s much better to inform customers upfront about any long waits rather than leaving them waiting without explanation. I was told it’s better to book in the afternoon, but if evenings are so disorganized, they shouldn’t offer those slots.
