Usually good, returning client. Had bleeding fingertips because nails were cut too short. She gave me a compensation, that was very friendly.

This isn’t a review for Kim, but for her replacement. Due to Kim and her team being on holiday there are others to do her job. You expect quality, because that is what Kim and team are delivering, but this is everything but. The new person doesn’t have experience, during our concersation she said that she is doing this for 2 months..well that shows. This isn’t what I am used to have, very dissappointed. If I knew this would be the result, I’d have never booked an appointment and waited for Kim.
