This isn’t a review for Kim, but for her replacement. Due to Kim and her team being on holiday there are others to do her job. You expect quality, because that is what Kim and team are delivering, but this is everything but. The new person doesn’t have experience, during our concersation she said that she is doing this for 2 months..well that shows. This isn’t what I am used to have, very dissappointed. If I knew this would be the result, I’d have never booked an appointment and waited for Kim.

I have schedule an appointment with Kim but my nails were done by another professional. Unfortunately, after only one week the BIAB coat was lifting and some peel off completely. I called the salon and was offered to fix it however in my opinion everything would need to be redone so I opted to have everything removed. For the price paid I expected better results

I have been coming here for over a year and normally it is A mazing! But the last time Kim was on holiday and this new woman was horrible. She was making rude comments and my nails have never looked this bad.. I just couldn’t be bothered to ask her to fix it.. I’ll just wait till Kim is back..

First of all if Kim is on holiday don't go there, the replacent lady kind but is overwhelmed with the amount of clients which result in sloppy work, I had to go back twice to fix my nail it is broken again within 3 days this never happened before especially with Biab should be very strong. Considering the price I would expect quality.
