I had the most basic appointment, just a simple manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, she completely ruined my nails. They are crooked from the way they were filed, and she even hurt one of my fingers while cutting the cuticle. I’m really disappointed and will definitely never book here again. On top of that, they charged me €72 for this.
