Amazing salon with cozy atmosphere . Very friendly staff, and great location in Utrecht. I am really happy and they made my nails look so gorgeous Will definitely be a regular visitor here in Utrecht:)

Het was druk in de salon dus ik heb even moeten wachten voordat ik aan de beurt was, niet erg. Toen geholpen door 2 dames terwijl ze ook met andere klanten bezig waren. De eerste had mijn nagels niet netjes geveild, vervolgens werd ik geholpen door de eigenaresse en zij heeft het wel mooi afgemaakt. Tijdens de behandeling moest ik wachten of vergeten omdat ze een andere klant ging helpen. Mijn nagels zien er prachtig uit maar de tijdsdruk in de salon maakte het rommelig en een mindere ervaring

I was drawn to this salon based on their Instagram page, but unfortunately, the reality was quite disappointing. They were 15 minutes late for the appointment. I had to point out three times that my nails were not being filed evenly, and even after that, I noticed at home that one nail was still crooked. There were only ten BIAB colors to choose from. At no point was I asked whether I was happy with the color after it was applied, nor was there any check-in during the process to ensure everything was going well. Additionally, the plastic armrest was uncomfortable and left marks on my skin

Very nice salon. The women were so nice and welcoming. My nails turned out very pretty. Definitely combing back!
