I was drawn to this salon based on their Instagram page, but unfortunately, the reality was quite disappointing. They were 15 minutes late for the appointment. I had to point out three times that my nails were not being filed evenly, and even after that, I noticed at home that one nail was still crooked. There were only ten BIAB colors to choose from. At no point was I asked whether I was happy with the color after it was applied, nor was there any check-in during the process to ensure everything was going well. Additionally, the plastic armrest was uncomfortable and left marks on my skin

Very nice salon. The women were so nice and welcoming. My nails turned out very pretty. Definitely combing back!

I had an amazing nail art experience at this new, spotless salon! The nail artist was so patient, really listening to what I wanted, and did with incredible skill and technique. The clean, fresh vibe of the salon made it even better.

Basislak droop van mijn vingers. Onder de lamp wordt het gewoon secondelijm. Ik haalde mijn hand onder de lamp vandaan, en wees op het feit dat ik dit niet prettig vond. Met alcoholdoekje probeerde ze het knoeiwerk schoon te vegen. Nou, dat lukt dus echt niet met alcohol, en dat bleek wel. Nagellakremover lijkt me iets logischer maar goed, ik ben geen nagelstyliste. Naderhand knoeide ze ook nog gekleurde nagellak op mijn vingers. Dat kreeg ze ook niet goed af. Ging ze zelfs met de vreestol over mijn huid heen. OMG! Deze nagelstyliste vond ik ook nog wat nors in de omgang. Kreeg zelfs onaangename tikken op mijn hand. Niet fraai. De vorige, volgens mij Kira zelf was super kundig en heel aardig! Maar deze? Nee, haar wil ik niet meer terug!
