Unfortunately this experience was the worst. I felt that the relaxer was not applied properly or in sufficient quantities. I was charged an additional 45€ for styling my hair, only for it to be straightened using a flat iron.
The most concerning thing, today, less than 24h after the appointment, a section of my hair came off while I was simply touching it. When I washed my hair later, I had a significant amount of further hair loss. The relaxer wasn’t well removed.

Iets meer voorbereiding. Masseur dacht dat het een massage voor hele lichaam was. Terwijl het een rug, schouder en nek massage was.
