I have been to the salon 3 times. The 1st time was perfect, quick, good job. The 2nd time a young guy helped me and he was way too rough on my nails, it even hurt. Most of my nails were very soft after this appointment, and most of them broke of after a couple of days even. When I came back a 3rd time a gentle woman helped me. We saw that 4/10 nails very too thin because of the last appointment.
