Great experience all in all, a 9 out of 10! Koi was very friendly, well versed in English, and answered all my questions, and explained the process very well. Why not 10 out of 10? I chose a pearly colour, but discovered I do not like the brush strokes. I might try chrome instead next time - because I'd certainly go back to Koi :-)

Made an appointment via the website. Pleasantly welcomed. Very knowledgeable pedicurist with all explanations. Own nails look super nice! Very happy with them. For any extras, the extra price is clearly indicated.
