I was really disappointed. My friend and I each booked an appointment at 430pm. We got there and there were a few people waiting and people in each chair. At about 510pm my friend was able to see someone and there was not a spot available for me until 525pm. At that point I honestly just cancelled and said I wanted to leave because my friend was almost done and there were more people waiting. That being said, the ladies are nice and very good as my friends manicure looked great.
