Extremely disappointed. I arrived on time, was left waiting with no apology, and had to wash my own hair in a kitchen sink, soaking my shirt. I had come fully prepped (detox shampoo, Olaplex, deep conditioner, gloss), but the stylist used no proper heat protectant, rushed through large sections of my 3B curls, and never asked what style I wanted or showed me the back.On top of poor technique, she made judgmental comments about my religion and was more focused on giving me a church flyer.
