Gellak zit vol met bobbels. Niet klantvriendelijk; er wordt niet gevraagd of de vorm goed is en toen ik aangaf een rondere vorm te willen werd er chagrijnig gereageerd, waardoor ik me erg bezwaard voelde.

I booked only the gellack but they added a manicure without asking me. They then charged me almost double. During the treatment, the nail artist cut me & it was bleeding like crazy. No apology or anything, instead some blue stuff was poured on which was burning like fire. It’s a beautiful studio & the nails looked good. But the experience wasn’t the best unfortunately.
