You just lost a regular customer. I am very sorry to report that - despite the great service usually provided by all employees at Ladywax - the management is highly problematic. Due to a scheduling issue caused by their system, not only my appointment has been cancelled without notice, but when I finally got the treatment for which I had already paid via Treatwell, I had to pay AGAIN in the shop. It has been 5 days now, not a single word from the managers nor a refund. Borderline fraud.
