The appointment did not happen, I waited at the salon for 15 minutes and not one showed up.
The woman head of me in the line was waiting for 35 minutes.
I paid in advance for the booking but did not get a treatment.
This is my regular go-to salon and this never happened before - not sure what happened today but it was disappointing.
