People who work there should speak english better. They don’t properly understand what I am trying to say and they are rude sometimes. They do their work great but they should smile more often and be kind. I was almost gonna apologise for coming and bothering her. Also when i was making my appointment I specifically wrote that i don’t want my eyebrows to be waxed and they called me and said the lady who was gonna do it dont know what to do it otherwise but the girl who did it today was gonna know it. I came here and she was trying to do it with WAX again. Then i said i don’t want wax and she was very rude in her asking of “WHY”. I expected her to know that i didn’t want it to be done with wax since that was the reason of rescheduling my appointment. I am regular customer of LadyWax but my experience today was terrible.
