The treatment was painful compare to other places. And I had to remove myself quite a bit of wax around the eyebrows, which is not normal.

Unfortunately my thigh skin has been ripped off: the wrong wax was used on very sensitive inner thigh skin and pulled multiple times - now I'm left with half of my inner thigh purple. This is very frustrating because I come here quite often it's the first time that it has happened. One positive aspect is that even though something was wrong with the booking, the person doing the treatment tried to fit it all into the allocated time.
