Terrible experience for what is already painful in its nature. The employee seemed to have struggled about the directions of pulls, she had trouble finding a spot where to press before the pull of the wax, the pulls were slow and in several stages, sometimes she pulled my skin in the opposite direction instead of "grounding" the press. We started 10 min late and ended 20 min late, meaning the whole service was even longer and more exhausting than normally
