I had a Brazilian wax. Victoria tried to remove the strips when the wax was still wet, making it painful and resulted in hair which is not removed. The wax burned me; I asked Victoria to let the wax cool off a bit, then she said that would take a lot of time and just went on…..this is obviously not true and the previous times I’ve been here the girls would always ask me if the wax was too hot.
