Monika has been the worst waxer I ever had. She is rude, doesn't treat you at all well, aggressive, and didn't even put powder on me after it. Extremely not profesional to the point of embarrassing. I will never go back to this place, she made my experience a horror movie. Please bosses, if you care about the bad reputation she is giving you, take this into account.
