Super happy with the result!!! Absolutely amazing service by the wax technician; however my only negative is that when I first arrived I was asked to wait for the technician (not a problem as I was 10 minutes early) then throughout the waiting time I was asked by another 2 members of staff what my name was and my appointment time, which became increasingly annoying as I was happily waiting without any issue. Although I can’t blame them as they were only being attentive which is better than ignoring me.

Prettige en aangename sfeer alleen kwam ik er thuis achter dat er nog wat haartjes waren achtergebleven. Als ze het met een lampje erbij had nagekeken zou het top zijn. Maar ben alsnog tevreden en jullie hebben er zeker een nieuwe klant bij.

Excellent service and lovely, warm rooms. I don't live in Amsterdam, but always come into Amsterdam for the wax because I just haven't found anything better.
