The waxing treatment itself was great: it was gentle, not painful, and the specialist was very kind and welcoming. We had a lovely chat, which made the experience even more pleasant. The only issue was that I left with some leftover wax still on my body after the treatment, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good experience, but a little more attention to the finishing touches would make it perfect.
