It was not possible to book online as the payment process was interrupted. The booking by telephone had not been registered properly. Simultaneously, two waxing ladies worked on my legs and armpits. The discount for a last-minute booking did not apply according to one of the ladies, whose English fell short to have a proper conversation. I have had better experiences.
