I always leave very happy after a treatment, but this time it was totally the opposite. The attached wax wouldn’t come off most of the time so at one point she had to cut it loose and it hurt a lot more. I was there for 45 minutes instead of 25 (the time it normally lasts. Layana is kind but for the treatment I’ll never choose her again.

Cris is really good, professional, and knows what she's doing. It's quick and efficient. The place is also good because you're just in and out and is almost always running on time which means it's easy in a lunch break!

The waxlady was not very friendly, didn’t say a thing during the session, therefore it was a bit uncomfortable. Also there were a few spots that weren’t waxxed and some hairs grew back after 3 days. Unfortunately not a good experience since I used to come here for such a long time :(
