I dont know what happened this time, but I at the end of the treatment I found several strips of hair not removed. The next day by good light I saw there were still individual hairs left on my arms and at some places the hair had been broken, not pulled out. After two days I now have already patches with hair.
Normally Ladywax is great! This is the first time that it wasnt.

I booked an appointment with lady wax on the 7th of August for a wax on the 8th of August at 11:35am. I arrived at the appointment at 11:25am only to be told that I do NOT have an appointment. I showed the lady working at ladywax my confirmation via email and via sms yet she said there was no appointment in the system and there was nothing she could do for me. She didn't show any sympathy and try and compensate something or give an alternative. I am very disappointed as I went out of my way to make this appointment only to be highly disappointed. This is not acceptable. I am not happy.

I wish I could tell you about the treatment. Unfortunately, it was a double booking as the salon was not notified by your company. I am not happy!!!
