I booked my treatment via Treatwell, paid in advance. At the salon they said I hadn’t yet paid so I paid again. Moments after I checked my bank statement and informed them I had in fact already paid. They said they couldn’t offer me an immediate refund but to contact their email address and someone would get back to me about the refund. I reached out to their Den Haag email address and their Amsterdam email address, on more than one occasion and never heard back from them. To this day they still owe me €85.50. Again, I would appreciate a response and a refund to the bank account number I provided in my first email. As mentioned in my email, Rosa was excellent and the wax was almost pain free. But unfortunately it seems Management are not keen on keeping customers. Disappointing as I was expecting to make this a regular visit.
