I asked for Sem to do the highlight and Ursula joined as well. She was all over the place, being obnoxiously loud and annoying, even when she saw I didn’t engage with her. She pulled my hair and was not gently at all. They rushed the full process which made some of the highlights look extremely poor quality and unprofessional. One month after the appointment and the highlights are growing in an ugly way where there is no smooth transition of the roots. Really sad with the experience I had
