On Tuesday, October 17, I had a hair removal treatment of 1 zone and a carbon laser. After the hair removal of my upper lip, I was able to take a seat in the waiting room again. Here I was offered a drink. During the carbon treatment I had a nice conversation with the practitioner. After withdrawing the Carbon it was time for lasering. I was put on the goggles and started the treatment. After having the laser over my skin seven times, it felt very painful (like a tattoo removal). The practitioner indicated that she was sorry that the laser was not at the correct height. After this, she called a colleague, changed a number of settings and tested on the ground. Then she went back to work on my face. The laser seemed to be higher. I have indicated that I am done with it. Once again I received an apology. I am currently walking around with a cheek with eleven burnt holes and redness. Even though the treatment is free, I am confronted with the consequences. I also wonder how this could have happened if only specialists are employed.

Amazing atmosphere and staff is so hospitable, even tho the location is way too far from my house I will definitely continue going there
